| Description | INVITATION FOR BIDS To Engage/Hire a Company/Firm for Provision of Courier Services (Test Material Sealed Boxes and Normal Mail at HEC) In continuation to the previous advertisement published under the same subject, it is informed that the Bids must be submitted via PPRA ? EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and must also physically reach the Higher Education Commission-Education Testing Council (HEC-ETC), H-8, Islamabad, by 13:30 hours on or before 14/05/2024. ? Failure to fulfill either of these requirements (regarding bid submission) will result in disqualification from the tender process. ? The bids will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hours at the Auditorium Block, HEC Secretariat, Sector H-9, Islamabad. ? HEC-ETC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders under the PPRA Rules, 2004. ? This tender is also available at HEC (www.hec.gov.pk) and PPRA (www.ppra.org.pk) websites. Note: The firms that already submitted their bids physically, do not need to submit bids again. All other terms & conditions shall remain the same.
